Used the texture_paint_chalk to paint the king and the texture_paint_dirty for the background.

Painted with texture_paint_chalk. The rain was painted with basic_ink_05 and then the 'Motion Blur' filter was applied to the rain layer (actually there a few copies shifted and rotated), to provide a sense of velocity. On the shield I used Curve_recurvy preset and also applied the blur effect.

I used Texture_dirty and Pencil_HB brush presets for painting this one.
